Spaces range from single seat offices to multiple seat office plus light manufacturing and assembly spaces.

Affiliates/Virtual Client Program

There are times when an entrepreneur is already residing in the optimum location but needs the entrepreneurial assistance that ETI can provide through its programs and mentor/advisory teams.

Therefore, ETI offers all the same opportunities for the non-resident entrepreneur to experience the benefits of the incubation methodology while still conducting business at their own location. This is called the Affiliate Program.

All of the same services that are listed to the left are included in the Affiliate Program fees excluding those related to space, telephone and Internet. Although, an affiliate may lease time at our "swing desk" for those instances when it is more prudent to conduct business temporarily at the ETI facility.
