8fronds, LLC

8fronds LLC, founded in 2021, is a small-batch sauce maker.  This family-owned company is ready to enter the regional retail and digital markets by introducing our Jerk Marinade and Sauce to a larger audience.  This most requested sauce is used to prepare the Jerk Chicken and Jerk Burger entrees on our menu at Pineapple Eddie Southern Bistro. This sauce has many delicious applications that we can’t wait to share.   It is our plan, while in residence at ETI, that 8fronds learns how to grow this small-batch company into the retail and digital market.  We’re looking forward to understanding how we can produce and distribute our sauce and some of our other “foodie” favorite condiments on a larger scale to regional retailers.  8fronds would like to produce and package this product here in Erie, PA creating jobs and joining a growing number of local companies making “boutique” food products in this region.
